• Ability to execute basic solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting

• Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues

• Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure

• Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices
