As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing program guidance and support to students by assisting them to select and enroll in the right academic course to meet their educational needs and goals.

Job Responsibilities：

• Proactively provide before and after-sales consultation and service with detailed information about courses and programs, including their content and requirements.
• Handle all education-related application processes including completing application forms, submission of transcripts and pay fees.
• Identify, build, and manage good relationships with institutions, students, clients, and partners.
• Provide support for overseas branch office when required.

• Deliver exceptional customer engagements: Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver engagements to enterprise customers that are both technically deep and inspirational. You will work with the customer, wider account team resources and our partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.You should be an expert in Azure application, data, and AI architecture, capable of synthesizing business and technical requirements into cohesive solutions. This includes app modernization (microservices, serverless, container architectures), infrastructure transformation (cloud migration, networking), and edge/IoT strategies (including edge compute, digital twin), all while ensuring governance, security, and compliance. You should also be conversant and familiar with the latest trends driving digital transformation including generative AI, machine learning, analytics, and modern data architecture.
  
  As a technical leader, your expertise in cloud-native development is essential, and you'll be guiding decision-makers through designing and implementing industry-relevant use cases that solve their important problems.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
