Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Description: Insurance PMI cutover specialist

Responsibilities: PM for a large project of IT cutover for Insurance domain

Planning and Coordination:
Develop a comprehensive cutover plan detailing all migration activities.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues that may impact the cutover process.

Communication:
Maintain clear communication channels between technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
Provide regular updates on cutover progress to relevant parties.

Testing and Validation:
Oversee testing activities related to cutover processes.
Ensure that all necessary validations are performed before, during, and after the migration.

Troubleshooting:
Develop contingency plans for potential issues during the migration.
Quickly respond to and resolve any unexpected problems that may arise.

Documentation:
Document all cutover procedures and activities for future reference.
Create a detailed post-implementation report highlighting lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
