a) Assist supervisor with formulations.
b) Develop and formulate products according to project briefs.
c) Optimize existing formulations for improved performance, stability, or compliance with regulatory changes.
d) Source and evaluate new or alternative raw materials when required.
e) Perform necessary tests, including but not limited to stability testing, packaging compatibility testing, and performance evaluations.
f) Support and troubleshoot product quality issues.
g) Provide technical support during scale-up, pilot batches, and production.
h) Ensure that formulations comply with regulatory standards.
i) Work closely with other departments such as product development, regulatory, sales, QA/QC and production.
j) Maintain a good document control system for formulation and other technical information.
k) Ensure GMP and regulatory requirement.
l) Any other adhoc work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in personal care formulation or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Strong understanding of raw materials, and formulation techniques.
· Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
· Good team player, passionate and patient.
· Meticulous and organized.
