Responsibilities

• Review data and insights on media and ICT manpower trends and challenges to help shape policies and programmes to support the needs of the sector

• Engage stakeholders, such as employers, industry associations, unions, training institutions, industry partners, internal IMDA divisions and other government agencies to obtain ground sensing of the sector for policy and programme improvement
