Controllership (70%)

• Manage and oversee the entire full spectrum of accounting function, including GL, AP, and AR.
• Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements, including all entities (VFT Singapore, VFT India, Liv Energy JV, VFT Africa).
• Lead the annual audit process to ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax filing (GST/WHT/CIT) compliance and submissions.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, coordinating with department heads for group functions such as governance, risk management, capital planning and stakeholder management.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, implementing effective accounts receivable collection strategies to improve cash flow, and collaborating with BD team to reduce aged past dues.
• Handle transfer pricing for intercompany transactions and ensure tax compliance according to the tax policies.
• Implement financial controls for projects, monitoring and reporting on project cost budget vs actuals.

FP&A (20%)

• Support annual OKR & Budgeting planning, collaborating with key stakeholders to establish and track OKRs aligned with the overall corporate strategy.
• Conduct monthly analysis of COGS and operating expenses, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimizations.
• Assist in monthly order-to-sales opportunities, identifying risk and opportunities in achieving sales forecast.
• Build strong working relationship with head of department to coordinate, collaborate and align on all financial reporting matters.
• Support in monthly cash flow planning and analysis reporting, identifying cash optimization opportunities.
• Assist in venture debt, trade financing, and working capital financing engagements with financiers.

Project (10%)

• Lead the migration to SAP B1, ensuring the integrity of data migration and smooth operations.
• Spearhead cross-departmental training in SAP usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum of combined 8 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance related roles.

About the role

• Develop real-time embedded software for production consumer products on a range of silicon platforms, mainly ARM based.
• Lead product/system requirement document review and analysis, feasibility study and proof of concept.

About you

• Bachelor Degree in (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Engineering) or equivalent.

• Experience with C / C++, UML, Python.
• Experience in embedded real-time software engineering, e.g. FreeRTOS.
• Good knowledge of MCU/MPU architecture and its common peripherals.
• Experience in configuration and use of sensor devices over I2C, SPI, UART with DMA.

The Role:

You'll be an experienced software engineer with machine learning concept. Working in an agile cross-functional team, you will contribute to the development of complex features to ensure Dyson continues to create innovative products that will delight our customers.

You'll collaborate with architects, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and platform engineers to help solve the wide and exciting range of edge devices’ challenges posed by the ever expanding Dyson product portfolio.

You'll have a desire to explore and share ideas and techniques across different technical domains and will ideally have expert knowledge of software development for complex, sophisticated systems including deep learning IPU, embedded software, camera/sensors components with a focus on model deployment on embedded system software and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to design and deploy proposed machine learning algorithm/model onto target platform efficiently.
• Work closely with architects, algorithm engineers, and platform engineers to implement and deploy machine learning models on embedded system and optimize product performance accordingly.

Key Skills / Experience

The Marketing Communications Executive/Assistant Manager creates and executes property-level communications with our customers. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image.

This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increase market share, and create a broader portfolio and brand awareness through hotel participation in significant community and social events and targeted PR campaigns. A. Manage Brand Equity

1. Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts, with particular emphasis on editors, food critics, influencers, and celebrities
