Key Responsibilities:

6. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   Ensure that safety standards and regulations are adhered to, conducting safety meetings and training as necessary.
   Manage and resolve any issues related to project delays, disputes, or changes.
   
7. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
   Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
   Ensure proper record-keeping for compliance and auditing purposes.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
• Experience: Several years of experience in construction project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

1. As a Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Lead Manager at Givaudan, you will coordinate and execute regional market research projects and build consumer understanding following business objectives. Regional specific expertise.

Main Responsibilities
• Project Management: Lead cross-country or cross-category CMI projects (such as Fragrance Family), align test design and protocol, ensure quality execution and accurate analysis at regional level
• Data Management: Manage CMI database of historical projects across APAC countries with the support from Local CMI managers, to ensure data is stored centrally and database is standardized and updated for cross category reference.

• Work closely with stakeholders to assess, evaluate, and revise the Internal Control, Control Self-Assessment (“CSA”) and SAP GRC Governance Frameworks for the Group
