Responsibilities:

Human Resource

· Review HR and performance management policies and key KPIs

· Review company handbooks to include any updates or amendments in Employment Acts

· Ensures proper administration of HR and admin practices in line with corporate compliance by HQ, includes meting out disciplinary actions

· Organize annual team bonding sessions and quarterly staff engagement activities

· Manage and verify annual leaves and benefits entitlement, petty cash and transport claims

· Source and identify safety course providers for employees in Singapore and Malaysia

Office Administration

• Maintain and process any of the general office admin of the company.

Description of Division/Branch

Corporate Communications will be in charge of sharing and safeguarding information to internal and external audiences / stakeholders and engage them in a bid to manage brand perception and organization’s goals. Using corporate communications, the team aims to champion a strong branding image of giving children a good start in life and as thought leaders in the Early Childhood Development sector while maintaining a positive reputation within both social service and early childhood sectors and bridge information gaps between KidSTART and Ministries.

Responsibilities

Corporate Branding

• Build, maintain & safeguard KSL’s corporate reputation by creating favorable messaging around KidSTART, and lead with good reputation, internally and externally.
• Manage Crisis Communications and Communication protocols within internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the custodian of KSL’s corporate identifiers (eg: Logo, tagline), branding tools and collaterals.
• Dissemination & enforcement of branding guidelines with KSAs and partners.

External & Internal stakeholder engagement

• Maintain good relations and oversee communications between government stakeholders and internal teams (eg: HR & IT, MSF/ComLink & ECDA).
• Support all external engagements that KSL is engaged or involved in (eg: Conferences & Panel discussions, ECC, SSDB).

External & Internal communications

• Lead & coordinate formal / corporate related communication reporting & articles. (eg: Annual reports, Journal articles, Researches).
• Work with internal teams to come up with a system & content to communicate corporate information within the organization.
• Formulate and uphold communication policies.

Qualifications/Competencies

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the social service or non-profit sector or related sector.
• At least 2 years of corporate communication experience.
• Able to lead and handle projects timely and effectively with an eye for details.
• Excellent independent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good facilitation skills and ability to engage and influence different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in a mother tongue language is an advantage.

WTT PARTNERSHIPS SERVICES MANAGER

WTT is seeking a Partnership Services Manager to manage relationships with partners and deliver partners' rights and obligations with a focus on events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the delivery of WTT Partners rights with Sales and Events;
• Ensure cooperation between all stakeholders including event hosts, partners, suppliers, and WTT staff for a well-coordinated delivery;
• Attend selected events for onsite support, and when off-site, prepare briefing for the onsite-team to manage further implementation at the events;
• Collate partners' assets in the correct formats for branding approvals;
• Manage partners' hospitality and ticketing arrangements;
• Work with hosts and Events Team for pre-event preparation and onsite implementation support;
• Manage the coordination with WTT Partners' for their duties and obligations, including goods and services in kind, with a focus on sporting equipment and apparel;
• Work with WTT Partners to develop digital and onsite activations with players, media and other stakeholders.
• Prepare post-event report for WTT Partners

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Relevant tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Research or Sports Management;
• 2 – 4 years of experience in account servicing or marketing operations at a sporting organisation
• Understanding of partnerships, including assets, activations and hospitality
• Highly innovative and adaptive to the changing partnership landscape
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple events and accounts
• Proven track record in operational excellence
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to travel to global events to service partnerships on the ground (30-40% travel).
