Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing a large-scale grant-funded programme across various IHL/RI* collaborators and industry partnerships (*Institute of Higher Learning / Research Institute)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish R&D procedures and work processes.
• Development of new and/or improved product formulation to meet pharmacopeia requirements.
