What you will need to be successful

This position is responsible for developing research plans, managing local specific projects, working closely with local stakeholders and Research team to deliver insights that unlocks new growth opportunities for the local market and informs decision making. We’re looking for an expert in consumer research and research methodologies, highly capable and agile in analyzing and synthesizing data across different sources, translating data into actionable insights and linking it to business issues. Description

• Partner with local teams in SEA and India to identify the key local business issues, create research brief and develop research plan that delivers compelling insights and provides thought leadership.
• Lead, develop and manage primary consumer research execution for data collection and reporting, and conduct advanced analysis when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in market research or human behavior, sociology or statistics related field.

At least 7-8 years of demonstrated success in customer insights / marketing research in a consumer technology / consumer products company or market research firm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intellectually curious with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis.
• Comprehensive experience in market research project and agency management.
