• Channels

Strategies include leveraging POR (Partner of Record) accounts, focused UDS vertical and horizontal partners, enablements, EBCs (Executive Briefing Centers), workshops, and Smart Selection.

About the Role

KrisShop is the omnichannel retail arm of the Singapore Airlines group, where it serves primarily as a redemption platform for KrisFlyer members to earn and burn KrisFlyer miles via a thoughtfully curated selection of products and services.

As Assistant Manager, eCommerce (Australia), you will work closely with the Head, eCommerce (Regional) to develop and operationalize digital marketing campaigns, as well as manage onsite/User Interface matters for the KrisShop Australia platform, to assist the Business Development and Account Management team in driving sales for the Australian market.

As this role will focus primarily on the Australian market, working knowledge of the Australian eCommerce market and consumer consumption habits, demographics and trends is a must.
