Job Overview

The junior project manager is the link between the technical team and internal and external stakeholders. He/She must coordinate and transfer all the relevant information from internal and external stakeholders to his/her team and report to the upper management. He/She should work closely with backend, frontend, mobile and design team members and communicate the goals of the project. He/She monitors the progress of the project, taking action accordingly.

Job Scope

• Lead and deliver projects, work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables.
• Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
• Manage the integration of various components of the project for delivery of product features
• Work cohesively with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to schedule.

Experience Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Development
• Experience with practically minded Agile software development and software engineering best practices
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational and leadership talents, communication skills, systems thinking, and customer focus

Job Description

• Marketing of chemicals/ electronics products in Singapore and regional market
• Follow up with existing customers for electronics mainly in RTV business
• Provide market information on products, competitor information and prepare timely reports

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Dynamic, creative and enthusiatic
• Able to travel, especially in South East Asia

Job Title: Accounting Manager

Salary: $4,000 to $4,500 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare full sets of accounts for the Group of companies and related entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statements, intercompany balances, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
2. Perform consolidation for 2 group of companies on a quarterly basis.
3. Prepare and reconcile quarterly GST Submission with the financial system.
4. Manage Corporate Tax matters
5. Collaborate with the Company secretary to ensure compliance with local regulations.
6. Oversee and ensure the proper and accurate entry of accounting transactions in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) by the accounts executive on a timely basis.
7. Perform ad hoc financial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of full sets experience in the Food & Beverages Industries.
3. Good working knowledge of accounting principles.
4. Hands-on experience with accounting systems.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
6. Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
7. Meticulous and ability to work under pressure.
