Job Description:

• Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
• Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.

As an Account Manager, you will be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. You will manage client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the smooth delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

Job Requirement

• Relevant work experience in account management, project leadership or technology consulting. SaaS experiences a benefit.
• Strong consulting skills and validated ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of highly professional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
