• Track responsible budgets and investments, ensuring budgets are managed in a timely manner and evaluate effectiveness and relevant performance metrics
•    support competitive benchmarking and provide data-driven insights and best practices for strategic planning;
•    Manage content, social media, creative and marketing agencies and suppliers for identifying market opportunities and delivering aligned impacts
•    Works closely and collaboratively with the Event and Sales team to plan and execute the event’s entire marketing campaign. 
•    Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach
• Onsite event management including but not limited to
  • Pre-registration and onsite registration
  • Supervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured
  • Obtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes

We're in search of a dynamic leader with a track record of managing large-scale projects. In this position, you'll supervise a team of 3-5 People Support Specialists and executives. • Able to streamline all daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to planned timeline and quality across all departments on projects and tasks
• Able to communicate with people throughout the organization, to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks
• Be part of the Operations Team in developing, planning, and coordinating all Operational activities at the Assembly area
• Able to develop and implement BU-wide quality control measures, and recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations

• Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with Supply Chain (sourcing, purchasing and logistics) as and when required

Qualifications

• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or an equivalent

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
