Global Team Management

● Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams both locally and internationally, ensuring alignment in operations, customer support, and deployment efforts.

● Provide guidance and support to overseas counterparts in managing robot operations, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency across all regions.

Deployment Planning and Execution

● Coordinate and plan the end-to-end deployment of robotics programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.

● Review deployment plans regularly, implementing improvements based on customer feedback and lessons learned from previous programs.

● Develop and implement a comprehensive post-deployment customer success strategy focused on achieving and exceeding SLA and customer satisfaction goals.

● Manage ongoing processes such as corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and customer support requests, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Post Deployment Strategy and Customer Success

● Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, coordinating with Senior Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and technical support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

● Track performance and usage metrics of deployed robotics systems, identifying areas for proactive issue resolution, identifying trends or issues that require attention or escalation and improvement.

● Develop actionable insights from customer data to refine service delivery and enhance customer success strategies.

Customer Relationship Management & Escalations

● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, working closely with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and technical teams to resolve issues swiftly.

● Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams, ensuring feedback is captured and incorporated into continuous improvement efforts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

● Track and analyze performance data for Operational Robots, identifying usage patterns, trends, and potential areas for proactive issue resolution.

● Create and deliver detailed reports on performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to senior management and key stakeholders.

● Leverage on data to develop actionable insights that refine service delivery strategies and enhance customer success outcomes.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in a customer success or Program and Operations management role, ideally in the robotics, automation, or technology sectors.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.

● Proven track record in managing complex programs and delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.

Key Responsibilities

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Supporting minor maintenance and decoration of the school
• Providing support to staff on all matters relating to eco-learning and recycle art matters.
• Perform minor repair works
• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
• Taking on additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

As  Domain Consultant Manager, you are the technical leader for your Domain Consultant team. Your team provides technical expertise and guidance in customers’ network security and zero trust journey. You will work closely with the Solutions Consultant Managers and their District Sales Manager counterparts to build relationships with your customers and help them detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks and breaches. You and your team will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives and will evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner of choice. 

We seek a leader to develop our Domain Consultant teams, providing training and technical support as a solution expert. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base. Your team, in partnership with the systems engineering team, will displace competitor technologies, build market share within your targeted list of major accounts, and, most importantly, help your client sleep at night as they use our products to build secure digital transactions.

• Present to customers as our expert in your area at all levels in the customer hierarchy from technician to CIO

• Lead conversations focused on industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape 

• Discuss competitor offerings in the marketplace and positions ours as the best solution

• Support your team in documenting HLD (High-Level Design) and key use cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions

• Review and guide your team’s technical validation plans including POV (proof of value) test plans and customer readiness/requirements

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and to assist the account teams with defining plans to drive more business

• Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and collaborate with post-sales teams for issues that arise 

• Work with product teams to build requirements and roadmap development plans for our network security customers
