• Able to analyse ad hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgement calls will support retail sales performance.
• Review inventory mix and work with the brand team on maximising inventory and inventory health to achieve sales targets.
• Forward plan with the marketing department on activities, promotions and events to drive sales.
• Ensure front-line staff are highly service-orientated and equipped with a high standard of customer handling skill and selling skills.
• Responsible for new store openings and renovation/relocation of stores to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in retail management in a similar capacity.
