• Provide support to FUJIFILM Asia Pacific (FFAP), FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) and all operating companies in the Asia Pacific region on applications relating to Business Intelligence (BI) for management & operational reporting and integration layer with source data systems.
• Participate in implementation/enhancement projects to plan, coordinate and liaise with users on system requirements gathering, solutioning, design & documentation.

Key accountabilities:

• Design BI architecture in Azure cloud and migrate on-premise BI systems to Azure

· Support content pages/landing page builds

Job Purpose

The Investment Associate/ Analyst shall support the Investments department. Geographic region shall be Asia, including India. The role shall include execution of investment transactions in the region, with a focus on oversight of ongoing due diligence exercises, initiation, and maintenance of detailed financial models, and ensuring smooth deal closure.

Additional responsibilities shall include cooperation with Integration teams post-deal closure, transfer of necessary diligence findings and relationships to integration managers as well as the relevant Finance and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-cut analysis of new transaction proposals for senior team members including deal summaries, initial modelling, and pricing/ IRR output.
• Maintain pipeline transactions database, including latest deal updates.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models for each proposed acquisition within the Asia region. Update as needed during and after deal closure.
• Assist in selection and onboarding of due diligence vendors.
• Oversee and review due diligence vendor workstreams for ongoing transactions.
• Escalate any red flag findings and important financial outcomes to senior managers.
• Assist in transaction completion, including documentation, tracking conditions precedent and conditions subsequent, and funding of transactions.
• Coordinate between in-house integration teams, target personnel, and due diligence providers to transfer appropriate findings, relationships to allow seamless transition of systems and processes after deal closure.

Interaction

• Works closely with other functional areas, specially finance and integration teams, as well as key operational managers to understand potential post-acquisition synergies and competency gaps within acquisition targets.
• Builds strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and external partners to keep abreast of the current business climate and macroeconomic trends.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Degree or higher qualification in accountancy, economics, finance, or capital markets

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A/ Investment Banking/ Financial Advisory, with focus on Private Equity investments.
• Experience in investments in the education industry desirable but not critical.

Objective:

• Be the single point-of-contact for governance related matters.
• Liaise between IT Security Governance and Support Teams on data collection and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the liaison between the Governance team and supporting teams throughout the audit cycle
• Provide administrative and project management support for audit and governance related engagements.
• Track, manage and monitor the status of critical tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate and submit data / documentation for submission.
• Perform sanity check on internal responses to requests to determine whether it meets the auditor's request in an appropriate manner and level of detail.
• Manage the data gathering required to close out audit engagements.
• Ensure the teams are aware of all upcoming deliverables, deadlines and possible issues/findings.
• Monitor responsiveness and timeliness of requests for information and meetings and follow-up with appropriate levels of management if requests are untimely.
• Maintain a current inventory of audits with a clear understanding of the status of each.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner; including technical writing skills.
• Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within an organization, fostering collaboration internally/externally with vendors and staff.

• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
• Preferably have minimally 2 years experience in Information Technology.
• Preferably have 1 to 2 years experience working in Banking and/or Finance environment.
