PROFILE REQUIRED

• Knowledge and hands-on experiences in IT, Infrastructure and information security

• Knowledge in technology regulatory requirement like HKMA, SFC, MAS, GDPR, CBIRC, etc. is required
• Project management experience is desired
• Knowledge and experience in a banking environment will be beneficial but not essential

The opportunity:

We are looking for an IT support resource to provide local support for our offices in Asia. The role will be based in our Singapore office and will provide technical assistance to our staff and act as a liaison between the regional offices and the global IT service functions based in the USA and UK. You will be responsible for triaging and troubleshooting IT problems, installing, and maintaining various IT systems and devices, as well as providing basic training and guidance on IT best practices.
