• Review KYC information & documents of clients in accordance to the Bank’s AML/KYC standards
• Conduct research in public domains and the bank’s data sources to validate the client profiles.
• To liaise and coordinate with Front Office on the collection of the KYC documents/information
• To escalate complex cases
• Inputting and Maintenance of the Static Data/Accounts of the Clients into the KYC Database
• Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of statistics for timely MIS reporting/other ad-hoc reports and perform monthly reconciliation on the KYC Status versus Opened Accounts of the Existing Clients.
• To take part in Projects and perform UAT testing assigned by the Manager
• To perform ad-hoc screenings and other duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree and above
• Prior experience in KYC / CDD/ candidates with a good understanding of AML/CFT Framework and KYC documentation processes
• Mininum 3 years of corpoate KYC experience
• Proficient in Excel and Tech savvy

Responsibilities

• Support the review and enhancement of data governance framework, policies, standards, guidelines and data inventory across the Group

• Assist in performing risk and impact assessments

• Provide advisory to Business Units on personal data protection at various stages of the personal data life cycle

Skills/Requirement

• At least 2 + years of relevant working experience in the area of data protection and risk management, preferably from the financial services/insurance industry

• Knowledge of Singapore PDPA and preferably with knowledge of other related/relevant privacy regulations

• Training in Data Protection Management, Business Risk Management, and Cyber and Data Breach Incident Management is desired

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Analyzes and defines EDI requirements for both customers and business teams for needs and challenges to enable efficient exchange of information.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an EDI Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in supply chain, logistics
• Experience in Cargowise EDI
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure data integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.

Reporting directly to Head of IT, your role involves:

• Managing security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect the company
• Manage the arrangement and oversee the implementation of a robust security monitoring program
• Conducting Identifying root cause and remediating of cybersecurity incidents.
• Providing advisory on security threats and vulnerabilities. This includes performing vulnerability scans and analyze results of scans
• Overseeing the development and execution of corporate security awareness and training programs. This includes getting the buy-in of senior business stakeholders which includes securing funding for IT security programs
• Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Security / SIEM / Splunk / Incident response. Familiarity with the Mitre ATT&CK Framework and understanding of the techniques for detecting and mitigating security threats will be of added advantage.
