Job Description - What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze processes in various segments of the global supply chain, propose and implement improvements.
• Develop appropriate data models, and provide plans for various business types such as procurement, production, sea freight, warehousing, and distribution.
• Design systematic supply chain indicators and dashboards, and push various anomalies and handling suggestions to relevant departments.
• Participate in various types of cross-departmental projects, interfacing and completing related business needs with high quality.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to progress together.
• Develop and maintain necessary documentation, data, scripts, and programs for the job.
• Deeply explore and continuously learn the latest industry knowledge and integrate it into team work.

Qualifications - What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a renowned institution, majors in engineering or supply chain are preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry, with strong business understanding, high data and business acumen, and process-oriented thinking.
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics, proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Passion for learning, exploring, and introducing new supply chain management methods, tools, and systems to the company.
• Integrity and honesty, with strong responsibility, innovative spirit, and ambition.
• Ability to communicate and maintain documentation in English.
• Preference for candidates with the following conditions or project experience:Python programming;
  Analysis and formulation of supply and demand plans (S&OP/IBP);
  Use of supply chain systems or optimization software (Kinaxis/Anaplan);
  Participation in designing and developing low-code platforms.

Job Description & Requirements

• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Support our customers' creative and transformative innovation across all our technologies, Remote Monitoring, Remote Guarding, Al Video Analytics and Sensor Fusion.
• Assist Operation Architect & Senior Technical consultant to deliver high-impact transformations.
• Interface with Senior Technical Consultant to understand business drivers and assess application portfolios ensuring that Security solutions are highly scalable, flexible, and easy to use across all form factors in the industry.
• Work with the resource management team to create and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are cost-efficient.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including price analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing optimization.
• Analyse, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends, IoT and assess their relevance to the business. Strategically plan the adoption of innovative technologies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Work closely with the Senior Management team or Senior Technical consultant to plan for hardware technologies and compliance matrix requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree or any related IT/Engineering/Business qualification.
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical, meticulous, able to multi task and a team player.
• Able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Words).
• Preferred candidates with knowledge of Notion, JIRA or Monday.com (training with be provided if no experience.)
• Able to start work immediately.
