RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Work practice
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Work supervision
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or management
• Accreditation as Registered Social Worker (RSW) by SWAAB (Preferred)

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Assistant/Senior/ Manager/Assistant Director and Executives of the Institute in the day-to-day operations, as well as planning and implementing PGAHI’s initiatives and programmes.

General job duties:

• Provide administrative support in the Institute’s routine operations in areas such as inventory (including stock taking and purchasing), venue bookings, etc.

• Provide administrative and logistic support, eg. major events and initiative.

• Coordinate appropriate record keeping of training information and statistics as well as the maintenance and updating the Institute’s databases

• Undertake greater responsibility of providing key administrative support in the institute’s operations

• Assume key roles in the planning and implementation of events/projects/initiatives

• Plan, organize and implement PGAHI training programmes beyond providing administrative support to PGAHI programmes for Allied Health Professionals in SGH and the broader local healthcare community

• Serve and maintain as the key liaison with local and overseas partners and participants

• Manage budgeting of training programmes with adherence to organisation’s financial processes

• Support the implementation of the Institute's marketing strategies and initiatives

• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience

The candidate will assist in handing AR and AP function, and full set of other dormant and/or small companies accounts. This position is based in Singapore HQ.

Job Responsibilities:

• AR module - Prepare monthly / termly invoices. Recording daily receipts received. Sending reminders to parents for outstanding fees.
• AP module – Recording of suppliers’ invoices, prepare payments vouchers, arrange for online banking payment transactions in compliance with procurement SOP and book it into accounting system in AP module
• Handle full set of dormant and/or small companies accounts including daily accounting entries, bank reconciliation, month end and year end closing and schedules including preparation of financial statements.
• Responsible to compile and check staff reimbursement
• Assist in financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet
• Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures
• Maintain a schedule to track the inter-company billing
• Monthly reporting deadlines to Finance Manager
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents where appropriate
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor of Degree in Accounting vith minimum 2 years of related experience
• Experience for keeping accounts for the education sector will be advantageous
• Hands-on handling AR and AP functions
• Hands-on handling online banking payments and ensure SOP compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge of ACCPAC advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You will play an important role to:

• Deliver quality Audit and Assurance services including audit planning, internal control review and audit fieldwork.
• Able to lead/assist in external audit assignments with minimum guidance.
• Report to the Audit Manager and expect to guide/coach junior audit staff members.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor's Degree or Final Level of Professional Qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2.5 years of working experience in audit field.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, CCH Prosystem and FX Engagement will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Manages Key Access Control

· Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies

· Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system

· Patrol the hotel building, premises and perimeter on a daily basis ensuring safety, and send reports.

· Member of the CERT team to provide assistance during the triggering of a fire alarm

· Regulate traffic control at the driveway

· Monitor suspicious packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures

· Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents

· Maintain the Security Log Book and send Incident Reports

· Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations

· Handle Loss and Found items

· Liaise with Police in the absence of Security Supervisor

· Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty

· Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

· Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Requirements:

· 6 days’ work week.

· Possesses valid Security License issued by PLRD/SIRD.

· At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.

· Positive attitude and able to take responsibility.

· Able to communicate clearly and work in a team.

· Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Schedule of Accommodation based on MOH's guidelines and user inputs.
• Engage with various stakeholders including Ministry of Health, MOH Holdings, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment on project goals throughout concept schematic and detailed design phases.
• Layout Optimization with the company's design principles and care model to optimize the layout of service modules within facilities, adhering to efficiency and service standards.
• Plan for manpower resources and furniture, fixtures and equipment needed for testing and commissioning of new facilities.
• Conduct relevant analysis to garner support from internal and external stakeholders, providing evidence for decision-making.
• Track and monitor infrastructural development progress, plan resource allocation, and facilitate the handover of new facilities.
• Lead feasibility studies and cost estimates for project funding and work plans, aligning with healthcare infrastructure standards.
• Manage infrastructure data and information, providing necessary input for procurement and evaluation.
• Lead procurement and evaluation for infrastructure projects, offering specifications and support as required.
• Perform contract administration and project management throughout project duration, including site meetings, documentation, sign-off, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee the design, coordination, and project management for Alteration and Addition (A&A) work in existing polyclinics.
• Develop proposals and recommendations for management decision-making related to capability development, capacity planning, optimization, and expansion.
• Provide regular status reports and updates on infrastructure projects and strategic proposals to senior management.

Requirement

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in polyclinic operations or healthcare infrastructure projects preferred.
• Resourceful and analytical, with ability to synergise data/information to support decision-making.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including change and relationship management.
• Independent, self-motivated, and adept at multi-tasking.
