Job Requirements:

We are seeking full-time or part-time senior/examiner tutors for IB/IGCSE English. One should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Good attitude and sense of responsibility
• Ability to teach both individual and group classes
• Able to create resources and materials
• Tutors should ideally have relevant experience teaching English at IB, IGCSE, and/or MYP level
• Ideally at least 3 to 5 years of teaching experience

What qualities we are looking:

• Good attitude to learn and improve
• Keen eye for detail
• Good time management and organization skills
• Able to work independently
• Provision of digitized notes to students for ease of revision

Remuneration

Facilities Management

• Plan and manage all maintenance, repair, renovation, and upgrade works in collaboration with the facilities office.
• Manage room booking by Student Organizations and administer IT systems (e.g. card access and CCTV).
• Oversee the scheduling of duty personnel for General Office.
• Oversee the maintenance of the office, including air-conditioning servicing, carpet shampooing, routine inspections, and equipment repair/replacement.
• Manage office reconfigurations, renovations, and workstation allocations.

Logistics Management

• Manage the equipment loan service and track usage statistics to recommend replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of the equipment in storerooms, arranging disposal of unusable items.

Secretariat Support
