Job Description & Requirements

The Senior Accountant will provide support to the office in terms of

1. Able to execute month end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
2. Keeping proper filing and records of customers invoices, company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.

4. General office administrative support as and when needed.
5. Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
6. Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
7. Assist in preparing monthly payroll.

9. Manage procurement for Factory as well as lead and champion factory audits.
10. Experienced in having junior accountants reporting to this role.

The candidate must require :-

1. 3 to 4 years’ accounting working experience.
2. Detailed and meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
3. Proficient in MS Office and MYOB and Xero Accounting software is essential.
4. Creditable accounting qualifications.

Core Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment

- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure there is sufficient manpower to meet current and future needs

- From sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates

B. Training & Development

- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure that Staff possess sufficient and relevant skillsets required to meet current & future needs

- Develop training programs and ensure staff attends the required training

- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure training and development are carried out effectively and efficiently across the Company

- Liaise with the Company’s business partners (Poly, Crestron, etc) to ensure that we have the required certifications of skillsets and achieve Partner status

- Submission of Government Training Grants and Subsidies as and when required

C. HR Operation

- Maintain and improve the HRM system

- Supervise the HR executive for daily HR operation (statutory submission, employment pass, etc)

- Prepare & present monthly HR report

- Create a positive and cohesive working environment

- Recommend HR process improvements

Education Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in the full spectrum of Human Resources duties

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with recruitment

- Experience working in a company with staff strength between 20 to 80 pax

- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc) would be an added advantage

Job Description:

We need to build an in-house technical capability to demo & deploy robots and machines, as well as keep them in top condition post sale including planned maintenance and repairs.

The technical support will have two main roles; support the sales team during demos and deployments as well as conduct routine repairs on the robots and machines.

Main Tasks:

• Undergo training and knowledge transfer with an engineer in Singapore.
• Support and repair robots and machines in the field. This could be electrical, mechanical, hardware components or even software-related repairs.
• Support the sales team by helping them do demos and deployments at customers' sites.
• Communicate with local/overseas technical teams to troubleshoot hardware repair problems or problems encountered doing demos and deployments

Requirements:

• Nitec in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicles) course completion or similar qualification.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting wiring and mechanical problems.
• Ability to use computers (Microsoft Windows, Chrome/Firefox, etc)
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A Drivers license (manual Class 3) is required to drive a truck/big van to transport the robots and machines for demos.
• Driven individual, passionate about robotics, self-starter.

• Experience driving large vehicles such as trucks, pickups, vans etc. The robots will either go in a truck, van, or trailer pulled by a pickup truck. Class 3.

In your new role you will:

• Lot assessment and disposition after wafer probing test and yield deviation analysis of production.
• Set up wafer stop limit (SBL and yield limit) for wafer probing test bins and define the scrap limit with Infineon internal team.
• Front End wafer probing yield monitoring and yield roadmap setup of BCD/RF products running in outsourcing wafer foundry.
• Co-work with Infineon EWM process integration and quality experts to improve processes to reduce production costs and increase yields for production.
• Be interface of wafer foundry and testing house, focal point for front-end process issues, low yield investigation & test parametric data analysis, support wafer probing yield assessments towards foundry process change and CIP/DOE lots as well as testing issue reduction for production.
• Co-work with internal technical team and external wafer foundry for root cause understanding of customer returns and final test failures of production.
• Work closely with the Infineon design team, product development team and test development team to solve yield problems before production(NPI stage).
• Support product release milestones and release both wafer probing testprogram and products from NPI stage to production as frond end product engineer role.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues requiring in depth product knowledge.
• Support wafer probing and final test specification alignment with Infineon internal experts.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min. Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 4~7 years of working experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Device Engineering in the semiconductor field.
• In depth knowledge of BCD/RF/NVM products and processes.
• Knowledge of device fabrication process, such as Diff/IMP/CMP/Litho/Etch/CVD/PVD etc., including inline and electrical testing PCM items and their impact on device performance.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of PN junction diodes, Schottky diodes, BJT, MOSFETs, capacitors, and resistors, etc.
• Good statistical knowledge (SPC).
• Experience with Mentor/Galaxy Examinator/ACE/PDF Exensio and JMP data analysis tools and Python/Tableau knowledge is desired.
