Clinical Care

• Comply with approved standards of nursing practices
• Provide nursing services requiring specialised nursed skills

In this position as part of IME’s Advanced Process Module department, you will be focusing on SiC epitaxy process development for next generation SiC power MOSFETs. You will work closely with IME’s silicon carbide process integration & device design team as well as key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Development of CVD processes for high-quality SiC epitaxy on 6/8-inch substrates, with emphasis on high dopant & thickness uniformity and low extended defect density.
• Metrology and characterization of SiC epilayers (e.g. epilayer dopant & thickness uniformity, surface roughness, crystal quality, stress, carrier lifetime, etc.).
• Quality and process deviation/ issue troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for process transfer to internal fab and external customers.
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Out of Control Plan (OCAP) and others technical documentation for low volume prototyping.
• Correlation of SiC extended crystal defects (type and density) with MOSFET performance & yield, and with MOSFET processing conditions.
• Design of experiments to minimize SiC point defect and extended defect density in SiC epilayers with emphasis on enhancing SiC device performance.
• Simulations (Kinetic Monte Carlo & Computational Fluid Dynamics) for improved SiC epilayer uniformity and reduced defect density.
• Preparation of technical presentations and papers for internal meetings, as well as conferences and journals.
• Working with IME's power electronics related team to solve key technical challenges in the SiC power electronics industry.
• Hands-on working on SiC epitaxy tool
• Leading epitaxy development related projects, work packages of a project.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Materials Science / EE / Physics or equivalent with minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in SiC/GaN epitaxy and materials characterization.
• At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience

What’s the role?

• Operating process units within the Production Area to achieve Shift Plan in accordance to Daily Operating Instructions, Standing Instructions and Site Health, Safety, Security, Environment procedures.

1. Leadership of the Senior Library

• Lead the team in the Senior Library.

Primary Objectives of Position

• Support the Referral to enrolment work processes of EIC, such as outreach activities, centre visits, initial screenings, enrolment of new students, etc.
• Consolidate information and documents necessary for Means Test and Financial Assistance applications, and work with AWWA’s Registry to fulfil documentation and audit requirements of EIC Funding bodies.

2. To implement EIC work processes on the client’s journey with AWWA EIC, i.e. enrolment to withdrawal/discharge as outlined in SOP.

3. To provide leadership to the SW staff team in ensuring the fulfilment of EIC work processes according to the above areas as outlined in the SOP, and carry out induction training, guidance and support to new staff on the team.

4. Case Management

4.1. Collaborative Team approach

• To be an integral part of the EIC’s Collaborative Professional Team, consisting of EI Educators, Allied Health Professionals and Social Workers.
• To pro-actively promote the clients’ holistic learning & development, and attainment of child / family-centric goals through collaborative goal setting, Team discussions, Parent Teacher Conferences, recommendations and implementation of appropriate class placements, in-class and/or home-based support, parents/caregivers engagement and coaching, and referrals to suitable services within/outside AWWA.
• To facilitate a smooth transition of graduating students to suitable special or mainstream schools, i.e. collaborative consultation with professional staff and parents/caregivers on educational pathways, suitable school placement, Special School applications, etc.

4.2. Client and family-centric Social Work Intervention

• To conduct financial assistance assessment and connect needy families to relevant assistance schemes, within and outside AWWA.
• To conduct needs and risk assessments (biological, social, psychosocial, financial) of identified vulnerable families, to manage and mitigate risks related to child safety and welfare, family violence, caregiver stress and well-being through classroom observations, caregivers interviews via various modes of engagement (including home visits).
• To generate and prioritize intervention plans to address the needs of the family, i.e. individual casework, caregiver psycho-education, group work or connecting to community and/or government agencies/resources.
• To liaise with and contribute to case conferences with relevant helping agencies (FSC, HDB, MOH, MSF, and hospitals - KKH, NUH, SCS, Sg Enable etc) to support families in need.
• To work with professional colleagues and caregivers to generate and implement an Individual Caregiver Support Plan (ICSP).
• To maintain updated documentation of work carried out, i.e. case recording, salesforce data management system, SW outputs, etc.

5. Programme Planning

• To carry out needs assessments to identify service gaps and needs of clientele (including caregivers) and apply the information and knowledge to programme planning and design.
• To lead, plan and implement caregiver embed programmes to support and empower caregiving families in AWWA, i.e. workshops, support groups, bonding and respite programmes, community participation programmes, etc.

• Minimum 2-3 years related industry experience in supply chain, inventory control or distribution and logistics.

Duties to Be Performed:

The Senior Structural Engineer will work on Civil, Structural designs to support all life cycle of a projects from feasibility study to design and up to as-built of industrial buildings and structures. The Structural Engineer will work together with Architects to design, detailing of R.C.C & steel structures and Underground RCC structures of semiconductor fabrication plants, electronics plants, biopharma plants, and other industrial projects.

The Senior structural engineer will produce structural design, design options, design calculations, assessment of design options, scope of work, and specifications for industrial projects to meet the functional requirement. The structural engineer will work together with the BIM modellers and drafters to prepare designs, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules and details for submission of drawings.

The Senior structural engineer will attend the design and permitting meeting with clients, consultants and contractors, and will verify the design submittals from other consultants and contractors. He or she may visit to the site to support during construction, work closely with construction team, verify shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Requirements

The successful candidate shall have Post graduate degree in Structural Engineering. You should have 10 years of design experience in civil structural, preferably for industrial buildings, facilities, and cleanrooms.

You should be able to design the multi-disciplinary sub-structures and super structures. You should have working experience with BS 8007 & BS 8002. You shall have hands on experience using the analysis & design tools like STAAD Pro, SAFE, ETABS and having Geotechnical design & Civil design experience will be a definite added advantage.

You should be able to work independently, be well organized, able to work with minimum supervision and possess a positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness.

You should able to relocate and work in overseas, including Malaysia.

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer - Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems with the following responsibilities,

- Responsible for concept and detail design for Process Facility systems for entire courses for projects (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capability of interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Ensuring that all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

- Tendering process (e.g. Rechnical and Commercial bid evaluation).

- Time and schedule management.

- Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).

- Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.

- Review of all the bench mark data’s, scope and design change and contract variation aspects.

- Support project manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.

- Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.

- Support CSA & M&E team for the design including CAD team and project effectively & efficiently.

- Involved in the Commissioning of Systems and develop the documentation with the sub-contractors.

- Consolidate and upkeep in-house engineering Standards.

- Able to work independently
