Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Cross Border Solution is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.

What a Solutions Consultant does at Visa:

• Ensuring client requirements is captured and a full understanding of the proposed solution / workflow before a client is signed,

• Consulting and guiding prospects and client on how to best use and ingest our products and services into their operational workflows and solutions, tailoring each proposed solution according to the client’s strategic and go-to market plans,

• Troubleshoot issues by developing a deep understanding of how our product works,

• Guiding clients to implement Visa offerings into their system and ensuring changes in workflow are understood internally and externally,

• Advocating for client’s views internally and driving continuous product improvements based on client feedback.

• Enabling Solutions Consultants and New Business peers with product / technical knowledge, providing coaching for junior members of the team on hard and soft skills.

• Contributing to our support documents to ensure they’re clear and accurate, and research and write new content to fill any gaps,

• Keeping abreast of our competition, product development, and changes to the ecosystem.

This role is based out of Singapore Hub and supports Asia Pacific markets. The role will report to Head of Solutions, APAC for Visa Cross Border Solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

We are looking for a Mobility Manager who will be responsible for, coordinating, and administrating all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle. You will ensure the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance.  You will act as the mobility subject matter expert and best practice leader for specific activities in support of the Global Team. 

• Provide guidance to Talent Teams and business leaders on cross-border employee moves: advising the most cost-effective arrangement within mobility policy and the most appropriate program to meet business, employee and compliance needs.
• Counsel relocating employees on complex mobility issues.
• Educate business stakeholders on global mobility policies, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as a technical mobility expert on all employee mobility matters in APAC.
• Oversee and manage relationships with mobility vendors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting all business requirements.
• Work with Payroll, Legal and Corporate Tax to operationalize cross-border employee movement.
• Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
• Support various program requirements cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, supplier management, and facilitation of intercompany charges, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing.
• Monitor and manage vendor spending, providing Finance with detailed visibility of assignment cost estimates.
• Advise relocating employees on complex mobility challenges, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Offer consulting and guidance on intricate mobility issues, analyzing data and technical advice to develop and present well-founded recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, implement and manage regional projects in Asia Pacific through collaboration with Divisions,

Business Units, Market Unit and Region Commercial Operations. This includes but not limited to

implementation of product strategies, identification of new business opportunities, manage

commercial and operational marketing of responsible product area throughout the product life cycle

including Medical Affairs and Technical Services

· Act as point of contact and provide product support for Asia Pacific for all TCT business related

matters. Cooperates with Market, Business and Production Units

· Implement existing global strategies and concepts into Region Asia Pacific

· Support development of strategies on business and operations covering full spectrum of product

portfolios

· Be the sounding board for Region Asia Pacific to share insights on market dynamics to Divisions and

to holistically optimize value for Region Asia Pacific

· Manages TCT product developments and changes – communicating to Market Units in Asia Pacific

and liaising with regulatory, Quality Management, logistics and production to ensure a smooth

launch/transition/ phase out.

· Supports Market Unit’s in developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing relationship with

these and other emerging KOLs for Asia Pacific together with the Asia Pacific Medical Affairs

· Supports Market Units in Asia Pacific in operational execution for TCT products through product

launch kits, product information packs, product training courses and introduction

· Conceptualizes, plans and manages regional TCT events and congress participation

· Proposes, manages and controls Asia Pacific TCT marketing budget

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor degree holder in any business disciplines or natural science, preferably Chemistry

· Minimum 15 years of work experience gained in multinational companies in which at least 10 years’

experience in managing products in Blood Transfusion, Infusion and Anesthesiology segment in the

Asia Pacific region or at global level

· Experience with integration and data exchange between blood bank system and other hospital IT

system is necessary

· Strong business acumen and highly analytical with attention to details

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently while strong team spirit

· Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of any Asian dialect would be

advantageous.

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:

The Retail Executive at Guerlain plays a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager and Retail Manager in various operational, reporting, and administrative tasks. This position ensures the smooth functioning of retail operations, product launches, promotions, compliance, and onboarding processes across all doors (stores).

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

• • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support the Area Manager in ensuring accurate sell-in of products to all doors.

Promotions and Events:

• • Assist the Area Manager in coordinating promotions with departmental stores.

Onboarding Process:

Administrative Duties:

What a Senior Consultant, Business Incident Response does at Visa:

The role is part of a dedicated global Client Services Incident Response team, based in Singapore, and part of the broader Global Transformation and Business Health team. Responsible for supporting cross-functional teams during the restoration and remediation of client-impacting service issues, as well as incident communications and the development of client-facing executive summaries.

Job scope:

• Provides on-call Business Incident Response support, as part of a Follow-the-Sun rotation (Singapore/UK/US) ensuring both internal senior stakeholders and client communications are distributed in alignment with our commitments.
