Primary Purpose:

As Senior Sales Engineer, Industrial Heat Pump, you will create the market for Johnson Controls heat pump in Singapore as IR base business for the future. Heat pump has big growth potential in the industry as it helps saves energy and reduces carbon emission.

• Lead and drive heat pump sales and business development activities in Singapore to deliver sustainable, profitable growth with a balanced business portfolio.
• Create and develop new heat pump applications and opportunities.
• Drive account management, and sell strategy to end users, contractors, and engineering facilitators.
• Direct the deployment and execution of the company sales strategy, programs, processes, and tools to achieve agreed sales objectives according to short and long term plans.
