RSIS invites applications for the position of Research Fellow / Senior Fellow in RSIS under the Social Cohesion Research team. • Manage ICP & XRF and New Research and development of analytical and recovery methods and procedures.
• Work with the business team and other team members to support the development of capability and skill set to perform sample analysis of Precious Metals and determine the most efficient recovery strategy.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of gold and silver testing and refining technologies, ensure that the laboratory testing and refining level meet the market transaction standards.

5. Management of Team

• Involved in the recruitment (Interviewing) & retention of Lab staff and their skills upgrading.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or any other equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in of laboratory management experience.

Relevant Experience

• Familiar with ICP & XRF detection precious metal technology and have no less than 3 years of ICP & XRF laboratory testing experience.
• Master gold and silver detection and recovery and refining technology will be an added advantage.
