Job Description:

• Drive PGCS Quality programs and policies compliance across site, by partnership with functional stakeholders.
• Key contributor/promoter to the advancement of Quality function across the sites; creating and driving critical/key business objectives in line with supporting/partnering with Operations, Supply Chain functions etc.
• Lead incident management and resolution and champion customer quality across Singapore. Site lead for Quality and Food safety crisis mgmt.
• Lead the implementation of the Singapore Quality Strategy including communication, project management and roll out activities.
• Lead continuous improvement culture/productivity initiatives to support site BPI process, demonstrating best practices to implement all quality improvements
• Drive, support and champion KPIs, key Quality metrics, etc.
• Act as a business partner to other functions whilst championing Quality, to ensure an extended and consistent quality focus.
• Be a key member of the Site Leadership team and value add in driving functional and site agenda.
• Support and provide strategic guidance around NPIs, validation, Total Quality System, Compliance, Capital investment, etc.
• Partnership with other functions ensuring change control risk assessment and validation in place for Network capacity projects and other key projects and significant changes.
• Financial Management; Budgetary and AOP responsibilities/input.
• Compliance; drive partnership with other functions through the Quality team to achieve key business goals for the control environment. Compliance with all regulations and 3rd party auditing requirements.
• Provide strategic quality leadership to the extended Quality Team
• Organisation design & sustainability of a highly effective team with appropriate succession plan. Encourage, manage & promote people-related activities/processes, partnering with HR
• Develop capability, personal growth and career development for direct reports, support these activities with DRs’ associated teams.
• Play in instrumental role in developing the overall team capability, supporting and aligning with overall plant culture.
• Ensure the smooth transition of new products to the Singapore facilities.
• Manage the complexity of additional materials, packaging and concentrate components from a quality perspective as portfolio expands
• Support and implement PGCSSC global quality initiatives
• Systems improvements (including IT systems) in terms of Processing, GMP, Product Safety, Disposition and Traceability.
• A requirement of the role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or any other related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a supervisor in operating Laboratory environment, manufacturing concern/MNC
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and leadership team members
• Experience in People Management and prior supervisory skill
• Possess knowledge of and experience in GLP, HPLC / GC operation, SAP QM module and LIMS management
• Strong leadership presence, ability to manage and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on investigation analysis, troubleshooting and issues resolution
• Knowledge of food safety quality standards such as HACCP and FSSC 22000
• Ability to lead change and drive behaviours
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in high-pressure work environment

Kindly note that this is a short-term role based in Singapore.

• Lead teams for some of our group entities (trading agri commodities and processing/ manufacturing in nature) for their full spectrum of accounting and financial control function. Major responsibilities will include:

- supervising maintenance of correct and on time full set accounts

- timely and accurate preparation of financial, management and Group reporting including budgeting

- preparing for statutory and internal audits and ensuring no lapses

- statutory compliances in areas of direct and indirect taxation (review of tax filings and queries) and transfer pricing (including its documentation)

- Monitoring and approval of payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

- developing and implementing strong internal controls and effective SOPs

- ensuring adherence to various accounting, reporting and legal frameworks including compliance with IFRS and Group policies

- ad-hoc special projects including activities relating to business expansion, commercial feasibility studies, capex investment budgeting & returns analysis, working capital efficiency analysis including inventory and receivables

- monitoring, and availing of various tax incentives and grants

• Responsibilities other than accounts shall include designated activities (in coordination with Treasury team) in connection with:

- banking, cash-flow projection & consolidation, forex exposures and financing initiatives etc for overseas subsidiaries

• Other Responsibilities may consist of:

- supporting Senior Management in various operational analysis for decision making

- interacting with operations and risk teams for various trade related activities

- lead information system changes to improve efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• ACCA / CA/ CPA and a good accounting degree
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience with 3 to 5 years in trading/ commodities processing industry
• Conversant in accounting standards such as IFRS and company law
• Exposure and practical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations especially for cross border supply chain activities
• Detail oriented, hands-on personality capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with some interphase of different time zones in which our subsidiaries may be operating
• Proactive with strong reasoning skills and ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with ability to add value to operations
• Preference to candidates with:

- working experience in large audit firms

- exposure to SAP / Microsoft Navision systems

- the knowledge of Chinese local accounting systems, China mainland manufacturing operations of any FMCG industry, taxation and compliances is an advantage as 1-2 group companies are incorporated in the People's Republic of China

- Ability to read and write in Chinese language is an advantage as 1-2 group companies are incorporated in the People's Republic of China

- basic understanding of foreign exchange exposure, hedging and accounting

- hands on experience of financial modelling including computing ROI, ROIC, IRR, Payback etc

Job Responsibilities

• Feasibility studies, putting together mood images, planning layout and conceptualize interior design with options
• Prepare and present (where appropriate) interior design considerations to client, consultants and contractors, if necessary
• Design development that would include schematic design, detailed drawings and tender specifications
• Preparation of interior design documents for calling of tenders, quotations, including FFE selection, custom design of signature furniture pieces, specifications and cut sheets
• Conduct and document ID meetings with contractors, consultants and clients
• Where appropriate, to participate in interior design project management & coordination e.g. checking shop drawings, etc
• Monitor and manage interior design works and progress on site
• Assist with verification of as-built, defect rectification and handover of interior design works to Client
• Project and/or design management of more than 2 ID projects at any given time
• To interact and discuss with Directors on pushing boundaries in design, new fields and delivery excellence

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in interior design consultancy with varying typologies (added advantage for hospitality and healthcare experience)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, sketch up, photoshop and other relevant software. Ability in visualization software an advantage namely 3DMax etc
• Experience in design development, documentation and detailing. An interest and ability in FFE and materials
• Able to understand Client needs, architectural requirements and provide appropriate advice on interior design layout
• Self-motivated with initiative and a team player

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
• Lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
• Regular update and report on all BIM related activities’ progress and status to the SO.
• Verify and rectify all BIM related challenges and issues in the project.
• Oversee and manage all BIM Software to be used in the project, and to rectify issues relating to BIM Software.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Have about 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
• Have BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and has good presentation/communication skills.
