About the role

The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for full spectrum of payroll function including processing of salaries/ wages, pay adjustment, CPF submission, annual tax filing as well as regular headcount & reporting related to payroll, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and compliance. We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission:

The HR Manager will play a fundamental  role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development. The HR manager is also responsible for delivering seamless HR operations across all  regions with a focus on office management, employee data compliance, payroll, staff training, coordinating and reviewing engagement surveys and benefits programs.

1. Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing, In collaboration with the Finance department, across all regions and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies

The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. This includes pricing engine rollouts, transformation of time deposits, overdrafts management, earnings credit rates programs, money market fund offerings and interest repricing initiatives. They are the focal point for D&I product management (including risk and control/compliance in the clusters) and work with sales to commercialize D&I solutions.
