• Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of campaigns and events
• Administer leasing of advertising space, atrium and push carts
• Support in other areas of marketing communications and public relations
• Willing to work on weekends when required.

Requirements:

• High-energy, positive and good team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A good Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business or related discipline.

The incumbent will take the lead to develop and drive programmes and initiatives in the areas such as employer branding, green harvesting, business partnering etc, with an aim to position the company as an employer of choice and build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and strengthen employer value proposition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure that company gets fair share of talent to advance good cause of their business activities. This may include but not be limited to utilising social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents
• Develop and oversee the implementation of green harvesting programmes
• Account-manage programme partners to ensure successful outreach and take-up of programmes
• Work closely with Business Partner on matters relating to implementing effective strategies in attracting talents

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HR/Recruitment, ideally with experience leading a team in talent attraction strategy
