Key Responsibilities

• Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including content marketing.
• Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans including brand positioning, market intelligence, advertising, promotions, and content creation.
• Work with advertising, media, digital and public relations agencies, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables.
• Track, measure, and report on effectiveness of online and offline marketing efforts.
• Lead the content strategy for social media and conduct monthly social media audit.
• Set KPIs for social media pages to meet business objectives.
• Monitor marketing budget, monthly reporting of marketing effectiveness and weekly project status reporting.
• Support marketing presentations and reports, consumer analysis and monitoring of new product brand’s performance vs target/ forecast.

• Minimum Degree in Marketing,
• At least 5 years of related experience in brand marketing.
• Working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience working with creative agencies is a plus.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce environment and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Good in Managing service delivery budgets, including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience in handling Project Budgeting, Delivery, Scheduling and Management.
• Good in Client, Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Managing Service Delivery Contracts with customers. Negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing customer expectations
• Involved in Service Delivery Management.

Requirements:

• Strong in Service Delivery Management.
