The Senior Event Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our client through excellent operational and logistical facilities management. This position will be responsible for managing, supporting and/or executing the coordination of various events within the client’s meeting spaces. Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. S/He plans, implements and reviews MINDS' medium to long term plans & initiatives. The Role:

The Senior Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers, Project Managers, Image Producers, Print Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel campaigns in Southeast Asia. This role will be a 3 to 6 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage localization of all Channel marketing materials on the agency side
• Build strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of the client’s Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production

Senior Manager, Property Management

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the properties.

Responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure that they are safe and well maintained and functioning.

Responsibilities

· Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring all facilities are always fully operational.

· Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Plan, co-ordinate and facilitate council meetings and Annual General meetings.

· Manage and supervise all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the complex/building.

· Manage and review all vendor contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing is carried out accordingly as specified in their contract’s agreement.

· Maintain continuous contact and communication with vendor contractors, clients and staff.

Requirements

· 5 years’ experience in managing condominium / building preferably with high end residences

· Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Facilities / Hospitality / Business preferably familiarity with BMSMA

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Exhibit organizational and leadership skills

· Well organize and able to optimize cost, space and equipment while working within the budgeted operational costs

· Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively

A renowned Energy and utility solutions firm is looking for a Senior Manager, Security Governance in Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for aligning the standards and excellence of security policies across all operational facilities/sites. This role will be parked under the HSSE Division (Group Health, Safety, Security and Environment).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain group-level asset security across all regional sites
• Oversee data security and governance
• Provide guidance and support to all sites to ensur operational excellance in security practices which includes Security Strategy, Incident Response and Investigation, Security Training, and Group Reporting etc.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Handle projects to build policies on risk impact, buildings, properties and facilities.
