Responsibilities

• Evaluate planned order and exception reports using Oracle Applications Planners Workbench
• Analyze requirements for supplies, raw materials, and equipment necessary for the operation of production and other internal customers.
• Exerciss a good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply and makes purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements.
• Issue Purchase Orders for raw materials, equipment and other internal customer requirements and expedites material as planned.
• Coordinate technical issues between suppliers and engineering personnel. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of non-conformance and takes appropriate corrective action with supplier.
• Drive and manage ECO implementation, rework, purge & cost impact.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Logistics, Finance) on, receiving, invoices and/or payment issues.

Requirements

This role will involve managing financial records, preparing reports, analysing manufacturing cost variances, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, particularly those applicable in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities:

Full Account Management:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial reports and statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance and Audit:

Taxation:
