We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Fluence Consultant to join our APJ team in Singapore. This role will focus on supporting Fluence, specializing in Statutory & Management Consolidation solutions across the entire APJ region. As a Solution Fluence Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Fluence solutions to prospective clients, helping them solve complex business challenges, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with a dynamic and supportive team, fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and problems. Ascertaining and explaining Fluence’s outstanding ability to solve them.
• Developing Statutory & Management Consolidation and Disclosure Management solutions, demos, and messaging.
• Building Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems.
• Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.
• Cross-training teammates on solution expertise.
• Creating product awareness in the marketplace.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science
• Good understanding and appreciation of Statutory consolidation requirements (GAAP) across different countries in APAC
• 10+ years of experience in Presales or implementation of statutory or management consolidation solutions on any of the key technologies including but not limited to Hyperion, Cognos Controller, SAP BPC, Onestream, Tagetik etc.
• Experience with multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence, or analytics would be plus.
• Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
• Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally
• Being multilingual would be good to have with specific preference for Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia apart from English.

The Business Analyst - Business Lead will work closely with traders and sales in FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit, Structured Products and Equity Derivatives to understand their functional requirements in order to implement the best fit technology solutions for T&M. This requires a combination of communication skills, strategic vision and understanding of technology, data flows, product knowledge, pre and post trading workflows and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand trading and sales desk needs and develop strong business case and justification
• Act as the intermediary between front office, technology and project management teams to lead initiatives and change programs
• Analyse business process flows, create workflow diagrams and document business requirements
• Develop UAT test cases, test scenarios and execute the test plan
• Facilitate business review and decisions/approvals of functional specifications.

• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions of subsidiaries.

Reporting to Senior Laboratory Supervisor, this position will perform laboratory testing and ad-hoc analyses of production samples of Alpha-Olefin Copolymers, namely TAFMER™ & EPR products, for the chemical plant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipment and non-routine analysis of in-process and finished products in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and safe work procedures
• Perform basic calibration for laboratory equipment to ensure that they are maintained in good working condition
