The Volunteer After-Care Programme (VAP) trains and engages a growing pool of volunteers who are passionate in helping ex-offenders turn their lives around. VAP Manager is responsible to manage and oversee the operations of the various initiatives including the overall programme management, recruitment, training & development, maintenance and welfare of volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

· Conduct periodic reviews of the various aspects of the programmes and services offered as part of the VAP for improvement

· Initiate and develop new programmes based on service gaps
