The role will require coordination with various AIC Internal Stakeholders to streamline implementation and timing of engagements and announcements to the sector, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of such engagements and introduce new and novel ways of communicating to the sector. Job description:

• Work in a team to build long-term engagement of Community Care Partners
• Create, plan and execute communications strategies to increase sector awareness, outreach and engagement (including but not limited to co-ordinating focus groups and events) with a strong emphasis and focus on impactful sector-wide development/s.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum recognised degree in Media and Communications, Marketing Communications or relevant areas
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic communications, digital content creation, digital strategy or digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop various photonics testing capabilities for both chips and wafers, including design and building of measurement setups
• Perform chip-scale and wafer-scale data collection for OE, EO and OO devices from frequency range of 0 to 110 GHz
• Optimize data acquisition and analysis process to improve test efficiency, e.g. automation of measurement processes for wafer-scale testing and corner analysis
• Manage photonics laboratory including facilities, health and safety, equipment calibration, inventory and stocktake
• Take the lead to procure laboratory equipment and consumables
• Prepare technical presentations and papers for internal meetings, as well as conferences and journals
• Collaborate with project team to ensure quality and on-time delivery for various projects

Qualifications:
