You will work closely with the Regional Leadership team of APMT and in particular its Regional Investments team, to provide legal support to the many investment projects APM Terminals is pursuing across the region. The position collaborates closely with the Area Legal Counsels in the region and will have a coordinating and leading role in respect of the Investments legal support in the region. The position reports to Maersk’s General Counsel Europe & APMT Asia based in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• In coordination with Area and country Legal Counsels and HQ legal teams, as well as other functions such as (predominantly) the Investments department but also Finance, Tax and Compliance, maintain a sustainable set-up for legal support in respect of (infrastructure) investment projects, which consist of M&A transactions, concessions tenders and extensions, joint venture projects, project finance and portfolio resolutions.

• Master’s degree in law;
