As a designated Management Representative for Quality Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated Management Representative for Quality Management, overseeing the conformity of the Quality Management System (QMS) with relevant standards and requirements.
• Partner with Compliance/Legal departments to ensure compliance with ISO 37001 accreditation requirements.
• Manage the Group Management Framework (GMF) compliance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings, analyze audit findings, and incorporate learnings to enhance QMS.
• Provide oversight and guidance on changes impacting QMS, ensuring compliance with Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Strategize, develop, and implement HSSE Management Programme in collaboration with Corporate HSSE team.
• Perform crisis management responsibilities as required by the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Head of Corporate HSSE.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• Professional Certification: Lead Auditor certification. Project Management certification is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Incident Investigations, Risk Assessments, and Change Management.
• Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of QMS requirements and ISO standards.
• Skills and Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer use.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR professional to join our pre-opening team for the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.

This will be an excellent opportunity to be part of the pioneering team that will shape the culture and set the standards for Human Capital practices for the new Resort. The incumbent will deepen and advance their HR career by being involved in the formulation and setting up of the HR department and HR policies for the new Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director to oversee all human resource functions during the pre-opening phase. This includes recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably pre-openings, and will play a critical role in building a high-performing team that aligns with our brand values and operational standards.
• Recruitment and Manpower Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent for the Resort. In performing this role, the HR Manager will engage with various stakeholders, including community leaders, agencies etc. to broaden our reach and share our opportunities will all segments of the community. The role will also encompass establishing onboarding protocols and orientation to help strengthen and instill the Resort’s values will all new team members.
• Policy Development – Establish all HR policies, ranging from recruitment, performance management, benefits, etc, and importantly, to ensure that they comply with all statutory regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing communication strategies to ensure all team members are aware of the Resort’s policies and procedures.
• Culture and Employee Relations – Foster a culture that encapsulates the Resort’s Values and Ethos. As part of the role, the HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, one which encourages collaboration, engagement and a passion for continuous learning & upskilling. The incumbent will serve as a strategic Business Partner for the Resort and implement employee engagement initiatives and address any employee concerns.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.

You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iterating on designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure a seamless and user-centric experience across all our platforms.

• Work closely with Research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• A strong command of visual and communication design principles

• Proficiency in Figma and good understanding of HTML and CSS is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide reliable leadership and support through the SDLC phases.

• To identify early and escalate critical delivery showstoppers with proper context time manner and to propose viable solutions or workarounds where possible.

• To deliver assigned projects from start to go live.

• Work with multiple internal and external teams in implementing projects.

• Perform impact analysis on Change Requests and the document proposed solutions and estimated required effort.

• Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT.

• Set up and maintain application platforms in Linux/Unix, and Oracle environments.

• Coordinate and support System integration testing and UAT.

• Change management and application implementation support using Aldon, Control-M/Tivoli/Autosys.

• Work with Infra and change management teams for the application deployment activities in the DevOps environment.

Key Requirements

• Experience Level: 6 to 12 years.

• Experience in understanding ETL requirements for Compliance-related systems (NetReveal, Actimize, etc.)

• Working knowledge of Linux and Oracle-based applications.

• Working/hands-on experience with the setup/configurations of Informatica PowerCenter preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of financial services industry experience.

• At least 5 years of ETL domain experience preferred
