This role resides in the Group Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Department Head for Gas Assets.

As the Assets Performance, Improvement and Optimisation Manager, your Primary Role will be responsible for monitoring performance and driving improvement programs of Sembcorp’s Gas Power Plant Assets. You will work with other members within the Department to plan and execute assets monitoring programs, performance analysis and reporting procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Leadership

• Coach and support Assets Performance Engineers in Markets assets reliability and performance related matters.
• Technical mentorship to engineers to improve overall technical competency
• Support Markets on Assets Performance technical competency improvement trainings.

Governance

• Monitor and Steward Assets Performance and recommending improvement measures for allocated Markets which operates the Gas Power Plant Assets.
• Implement and Drive Assets’ Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Performance Improvement initiatives across Markets.
• Implement and Drive Assets Performance and KPI Benchmarks (International, Technology-based) across Markets.
• Support in development of Standardization of Assets Performance Data Monitoring Platform across all Sembcorp Assets.

Support Markets

Requirements and attributes:
