Key Responsibilities & Performance Metrics

Leadership of Project Core Team

• Orchestrates cross-functional collaboration within the Core Team to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion in line with stakeholder expectations.
• Ensures team efficiency and oversees team coordination.
• Cultivates team cohesion, rallying everyone towards shared objectives.
• Offers clarity on task prioritization and mediates conflicts as they arise.

Advocacy for the iGate+iLaunch Process

• Promotes consistent organizational practices by integrating the iGate+iLaunch methodology.
• Assists the Initiative Owner in ensuring quality team contributions and iGate alignment.
• Guides projects through the iGate+iLaunch stages, communicating proactively with key stakeholders.
• Instills accountability within the Initiative Owner and Project Team for achieving business goals.

Project Timeline Oversight

• Formulates, oversees, and regulates project delivery using the Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
• Identifies potential risks and challenges, devising and executing mitigation strategies while following the iGate escalation process.

Continuous Improvement Advocacy

• Enhances project management capabilities through post-launch evaluations, iLaunch process refinements, and additions to the Project Management knowledge base.
• Spotlights and champions areas for improvement to expedite market readiness.

Project Status Monitoring

• Maintains the Project Portfolio Tracker with up-to-date information on project statuses within agreed timelines.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG/Healthcare sector, specifically in pharmaceuticals.
• A minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
• Certification in Project Management or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for Finance department excellence.
• Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items.
• Work closely with yard Finance Managers to support yard director and group management to achieve Financial KPIs.

• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively controlling rates and availability (on the day of arrival)
• Controls any rebates/allowances issued through the departments
• Controls manpower planning for the departments
• Help and support the Director of Rooms, and Executive Housekeeper with the FLHSSE audit
• Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully
• Initiates, implements and monitors processes and procedures to ensure consistently high standards
