• Check the taste, temperature and visual appeal of food items prepared to ensure that the quality and portion are consistent and as per specifications set out.
• Ensure that all equipment and perishable items are stored in its designated place and is done in the most hygienic manner
• Prevent the use of contaminated products in any phase of food preparation and prevent colleagues who are ill or suffering from an infection from taking part in the preparation or handling of food
• Suggest new recipe/products which may improve quality of food or lower food cost

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
•    Developing and executing plans to engage foreign space agencies, relevant foreign government entities and international organisations to pursue commercial, scientific/technical and policy cooperation 
•    Develop in-depth knowledge of and advancing Singapore’s interests on space matters bilaterally and at multilateral fora, to effectively engage and build relationships with other countries and international organisations
•    Strategising, advancing and safeguarding Singapore’s positions at relevant regional and multilateral space fora, including the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UN COPUOS) and ASEAN Sub-committee of Space Technology and Applications (SCOSA)
•    Organising official visits and international events, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, sourcing for vendors and preparing discussion topics
•    Conceptualising and driving international collaboration projects
•    Working across our Industry, Technology and Policy teams to understand OSTIn’s interest areas, and supporting the respective teams’ partnership objectives and development initiatives 
•    Supporting the Policy team in developing Singapore’s policy positions on international space issues
•    Independently research and prepare briefs on countries and international organisations of interest to OSTIn, including their respective policy positions and developments.

•    Building sound understanding of outer space technology, industry and policy trends, and identifying opportunities to advance Singapore’s space interests, especially within your technology specialisation

To provide planning and administrative support for Postgraduate programmes to enable operations and services are delivered to meet the needs of various stakeholders (eg. instructors, students, etc…).

Responsibilities

• Course management: Plan, manage and administer courses (including preparatory courses) involving schedules, course registration, fees payment, venues, case studies, evaluations, certificates and related logistics.
• Faculty management: Manage and handle faculty appointment, approvals, agreements, payments and faculty's requests.
• Exam management: Responsible for the exam process involving preparation of exam package, printing of exam scripts, marks entry, moderation, mark lists and related activities.
• Student management: Build good relationship with students and attend to their requests on programme related matters.
• Class administration: Provide administrative and logistics support to weekday and weekend face-to-face classes. To setup, manage and support hybrid and online classes.
• Office Administration: Support overall management of programme on invoice payment, track budget and expenditures, collate statistics for school accreditation (eg. EQUIS & AACSB) and information required by other departments.
• Other duties and activities to support programme operations and overseas study segment.
