Job Summary

Provide effective and efficient administrative services and secretarial support for all Singapore offices and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Reception for visitors and phone operator and contact phone book maintenance.
• Issuance and maintenance of Access Card which includes photo taking for new hires

Requisite Criteria & Skills

• Possesses Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration
• 5-10 years job-related experience in a fast-paced multinational environment preferably as an administrative or customer service professional.
• Effective communications; strong interpersonal abilities; listening and responsive to customer expectations; time management skills; ability to work in a team environment with little supervision, high degree of initiative and proactive skillsissue resolution. Require excellent attention to details.
• Ability to coordinate cross-geographical process and influence key stakeholders in decision-making.
• Has maturity, is independent and possesses accountability as well as ownership.

· Troubleshooting issues with models and projects.

· Mentoring and support BIM team-members.

· Assist job managers and directors in appropriate BIM strategies and technologies on their projects.

· Conduct trainings on BIM process.

Pre-Requisites

· Specialist Diploma in BIM or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 6 years’ experience in BIM management, modelling and leading position in engineering consulting environment is preferred.

· Familiarity with codes of practice, well-versed with the relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission (Corenet X) and approval procedures.

· High level of experience in both of Revit software and the Autodesk BIM360 suite of collaboration tool systems are required.Competent user of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork etc.

· Excellent communication skills, strong ability to organize workload, and prioritization of tasks is required as you will be working with other Beca offices, both to deliver projects and develop resources.

· Able to communicate well among all stakeholders.

· Self-driven, highly motivated, strong leadership skills including leading the team.
