Establish and drive cost reduction projects and procurement activities in alignment with business and corporate sourcing strategy as per the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Procurement Professionals (direct and indirect) globally; provided coaching and development, regular performance feedback, and counseled team members in career development and team goal attainment.
• Drive a value proposition from BAE (Honeywell Business Alignment Event, combine 5S, Six Sigma, and LEAN)
• Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plans with supporting strategies.
