As a key member of the Global HCMS project team, the project manager will support the ongoing HCMS activities, and actively manage new projects and initiatives for MyHR and other Group HR projects/initiatives. The role will be primarily focused on:

• Manage MyHR projects, Payroll projects and other new initiatives driven by Group HR (new projects as well as continuous improvements/enhancements).

· Document business requirements as directed, ensuring traceability back to the source.

Organization Change Management

· Engage with business stakeholders, project/technology sponsors, and delivery teams to come with the change management plan, and ensure engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

· Take responsibility of design, creation, packaging of the user training modules and manage delivery of training to variety of audience globally using a range of instructional techniques.

· Create business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, business enablement (via training/engagement) and any other business activities required to integrate the new solution into the “business as usual” environment.

· Monitor and report of the progress of business readiness targets, business engagement activities, training design and deployment etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage

Job Description & Requirements

· Primarily responsible for marketing and sales of MIT’s full range of semiconductor equipment (See www.mit.com.sg for product range)

· Targeted customer accounts may be extended to other territories within and outside of Asia

· One of the main KPIs is to target and develop new customer base to achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets.

· Establish and forge excellent network with existing and potential customers to promote the MIT brand

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Possess a good network of customer sales especially with major semiconductor packaging, assembly and test houses
