The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Lead a team of Food Court salespersons to achieve sales targets and enhance overall outlet performance.
