The Position

The Regional Strategic Account Manager Poultry (RSAM) is responsible for growing and managing business relationship with our strategic customers across the ROPU. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of financial activities including oversight of management accounts reporting, forecasts and budgeting, cashflow management and statutory compliance
• Manage a team of 4 to ensure day to day activities are executed timely
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning process with various stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met
• Drive compliance through audits, internal controls and financial/accounting policies and procedures
• Implement financial management and cost controls to ensure cost efficiencies across all functions
• Forecast and monitor cash flow position to manage working capital requirements of the Group
• Monitor company performance Vs budget to ensure various teams stay on track on their KPIs
• Ensure that monthly and annual financial statements and management reports at entity and group level are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure that month end closing procedures like inventory recording, petty cash management, store audits, fixed asset register update are completed timely
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries etc. and ensure accounting, tax, corporate, statutory and regulatory requirement
• Oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with financial and operational strategies.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies, fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and support outlet onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure all financial and operational requirements.

About the Position: Position Summary: The Office Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role supports the firm’s strategic goals by managing administrative functions, HR tasks, and office logistics, serving as a central point of contact for employees and vendors. Additionally, the Office Manager will actively partake in and contribute to business growth initiatives, collaborating with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and support client development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Managing Director on all office management functions, project updates, and operational matters.
• Supervise administrative employees, manage workflows, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, working closely with the finance team; provide regular budgeting reports and insights to support strategic planning.
• Manage client accounts and provide oversight for client services, ensuring high standards of responsiveness and client satisfaction.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying operational improvements, streamlining processes, and assisting with client development strategies.
• Handle HR functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Maintain office facilities, manage supplies, and liaise with vendors to ensure the office environment meets operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate internal events, firm meetings, and office logistics to foster team collaboration and morale.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in office and/or team management, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, HRIS systems) and familiarity with legal practice management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous customer or client-facing experience, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

You will be responsible in -

• Making sure bookkeeping is in order and adhering to proper accounting standards which includes managing of all invoices, billing, reconciliation related matters.
• Establishing and enforcing proper internal control policies for finance and company assets
• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements which includes submission of monthly reports for key financial metrics analysis, expense and revenue analysis, and P & L for every revenue channels
• Managing statutory reporting, annual audit (internal & external), internal controls, tax compliance, etc
• Analyzing expense trends and identifying savings opportunities
• Managing financial ROI and key metrics for different sales channels
• Managing short term and long term budget planning and forecasting for different departments such as manpower, operations, sales, and so on.
• Manage the tax planning for the company
• Providing insights on cost/revenue structure for competitive companies in the industry and inform business decisions on where to invest next for business success
• Supporting other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned

You MUST have -

• A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a management role in finance, both internally and externally
• Have a strong ownership mentality and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
