Job Description:

• Estate Management Service Delivery: Lead the Estate Management department to ensure high-quality service delivery, including workforce planning to optimise operations and align all activities with the University’s strategic objectives.
• Campus Infrastructure Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of efficient, high-quality campus infrastructure and resources to support University growth and enhance campus satisfaction.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Qualifications and Resource Management Expertise: Hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications in high-level business management, demonstrating proven expertise in managing substantial human, financial, and physical resources.
