- Operating the cash register, processing payments, and accurately handling cash transactions. Recording orders and ensuring proper billing. Balancing cash register at the end of the shift.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe, including food preparation areas, dining tables, counters, and equipment. Following food safety protocols and ensuring proper storage and handling of perishable items.
- Preparing food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Ensuring orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner, whether for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
- Monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Restocking shelves, refrigerators, and display cases as needed. Reporting inventory shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Create profiles for the company’s new customers in the internal customer management software, and ensure adherence to the company’s guidelines
Communicate and work closely with the various teams on the reception of customer orders, and liaise with the various customers accordingly on receipting/forecasting
