• Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
• Lead FP&A team in completing and analysing company’s financial, such as P&L Analysis, cost variance analysis and budget vs. actual performance analysis
• Perform financial analysis/modelling, such as cash flow forecast, project evaluations, cost benefit calculations, and investment appraisals.
• Using Microsoft Excel to build financial models for strategic scenario analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the identification and management of financial risks within the business.
• Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function and work with the team to implement changes.

Requirements:

• Manage full spectrum of HRIS & C&B operations, policy & compliance and lead PX projects and new initiatives across 7 SEA markets.
• Lead and facilitate the Annual Performance Remuneration review process by collaborating closely with the business and PX leaders at country, regional and global levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, project cash flow, and credit risk assessment.
