• Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Main task will include managing customer queries via whatsapp, social media and other platforms such as events/outlet.
• X factor and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
• Savvy with all communications devices such as WhatsApp and multichannel platforms.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
